Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Good experience.
The technician called 10 minutes before coming and even though I had given them the serial and model number when I scheduled the appointment, he did not have that information. So he had no idea what he was even coming to work on. The service call is very steep, however if they were able to repair our appliance, we were willing to pay it. When the technician came he said he needed a cart from another technician to lift the appliance out. Even though my husband stayed home from work so he would be there to help him lift it. I was not present but my wife was, she said he was prepared, very efficient and got the job done quickly. My only grief is not with John, but with the fact it took almost two months to get it done. Hopefully if I have further need of service in the future it can come somewhat faster. This is not a complaint on John, as I said, he did a great job.
Sears warranty technician was both professional And competent and did a very good job highly recommend Josh and Sears warranty service.
