Brandon was extremely knowledgeable. Very professional.
So this repair has taken over a month to get completed. The parts came in and we scheduled an appointment, which was over 2 weeks away and on the MORNING OF THE APPOINTMENT, YOU CANCELLED SAID APPOINTMENT, citing staffing or some bs reason. My wife was texting with someone trying to get the appointment rescheduled, was given some options, chose one then was told that the one she chose was no longer available! Brandon was very polite and professional. He explained what he was able to do and what he couldn't do due to the fact that the company would not authorize parts to be ordered.
I did not get an estimate via print out or email of what parts need to be changed. Tech voiced less expensive to buy a new refrigerator. Extra fee for labor even though quote for diagnostic was $40 prior to visit.
The technician has been several times and he pleasant. He new his job and did a great job.
