Kept me informed
I called Sears repair to replace an ignition module on my gas cooktop. They came out for a $139.00 fee that would apply to the repair. I told the serviceman what I needed and it’s a $50.00 part. He said it would cost $500.00 to replace it so I just lost the service fee and found another repair service. I would not recommend them. I got someone else to replace it cheaper than their service charge.
Very quick service! Justin was very knowledgeable and kind, and gave his recommendations on how to fix my problem even when I declined the quote to proceed with repairs. Highly recommend!
