Kossivi did a great job assessing and fixing the problem. He endured our dog admirably.
My technician, Kevin, was great. Overall experience has been very poor. There does not seem to be any way to speak to a real person at this company. At my initial diagnostic visit (where my tech was great), I declined the recommended service, wanting to research new stoves before going with the recommended option. After two days, I decided to go with the recommendation, but their AI system could not figure out that I wanted to order a part and repair instead of yet another diagnostic visit. Kevin was great. Professional and knowledgable.
The technician was very helpful. Unfortunately I was not able to schedule a repair after the diagnosis because the AI agent couldn't find my original diagnostic and help. My phone number wasn't attached to the original order to the AI agent couldn't find it. When I did find my original order number and attempted to have a follow-up repair scheduled it was unable to use the original repair, it made a new diagnostic order. I will be using Andy's Appliance moving forward.
