The repair tech was quick and efficient. Sears as a company made the process of getting scheduled hugely difficult. Took 6 weeks and one cancellation halfway through the day to get it done. 8 hour arrival window is terrible as I lose a whole day of leave each time.
Good service. $655 to repair an icemaker...yikes! Part and labor both very expensive. Also, Sears needs to slow down the communication about the service date. 1 or 2 texts plus emails per day for 4 days is way too much. Initial confirmation and then a confirmation the day before should be sufficient!
Fixed it all, really just in time
Came out figured out we needed to order part and came back and fixed it, washer working great again
