Fixed it all
The technician was unable to come to my original appointment (Dec.19th) due to scheduling conflicts. I waited for him to arrive the entire day and did not learn of this until that evening (5:37 PM). The technician did contact me and we arranged for him to contact me the next morning and to try to schedule me in on that day. A new time was scheduled for Dec 20th and Kevin arrived as scheduled.
