Super nice, professional, and really fast!
Kevin was very helpful. Very neat kept stuff clean, explained exactly how everything worked even though he didn’t have to fix anything. It was just not understanding how to work the incline and that when I thought it was broken, it really wasn’t. Very kind man.
I am completely upset and beside myself! He left a frozen icemaker in a box with packaging and other garbage while the icemaker was still frozen. He didn’t offer to take it outside but left it on our wood floor without telling us it still had ice in it! Our kitchen floor is now ruined because of his carelessness and lack of communication. 😭
