If I could leaver 0 stars, I would!!!! I have dealt with Sears Home Repairs for close to a year now…scheduling appointments requiring me to be home between 8AM and 5 PM each time, that wouldn’t get cancelled until the end of the day at least 9 different times! There were also 2 appointment where the technician indicated in the system they were on their way to my home and then marked that I wasn’t home when they never came to my home at all. Byron was excellent. Machine twas ok. No repair needed. It seemed to be the way I had attempted to set the machine.
Our washing machine went out on Tuesday (today is Friday). I called Lowes, where we got the dishwasher and got scheduled for Next Tuesday with Sears Home Services through their AI text assistant. Today I got a text saying that they could move the appointment to today, and I confirmed. I then got a message that the appointment would be between 3 and 5 pm. Great. At 3:34, I got a text stating that my appointment was now confirmed for Tuesday A WHOLE WEEK AFTER my original appointment. There were no calls to explain this change... read more
They looked at all of our concerns and checked into them and fixed everything. They were in and out quickly and seemed to be knowledgeable. They cleaned up after themselves and were very polite.
