The technician was very respectful. I was able to get my refrigerator up and going pretty quickly.
Marvin checked out our refrigerator quickly and thoroughly and then told us cost to repair. When asked, he recommended a new unit over repairs as unit was 11 years old. He seemed honest and we felt he gave a honest appraisal of situation. He appeared to be very knowledgeable.
I paid 1911 dollars for a fridge repair. It didn't work. I've rescheduled 5 times and we've been blow off every time. There is 0 way to reach a human. We are in a viscous cycle of AI Robots and canceled apps. I wish I could select 0 stars. This is a scam............. I replied last night to supposed owner (probably another bot) with no response as of now. 7th supposed scheduled appointment takes place on Tuesday morning. Unbelievable. Will update here again if I actually hear from a human being or if I get blown off again.
Zane was awesome and did everything he could to take care of my dryer.
Clay was great. This was the first time he visited after 6 previous visits and finally fixed our washer after 10 weeks.
