The worker was great! But it’s impossible to talk to a person on phone, it’s always AI if u need to call…an hour w no person and no answer
Eliseo was polite and knowledgable. However I did not get a written diagnosis of the problem. Samsung will not honor warranty without a written diagnosis. That is why I gave this service call a lower rating. It has been IMPOSSIBLE to get a live agent at Sears to solve this problem. The AI choices do not address this and are completely inadequate. So frustrating!
James was polite and professional. He was fast and efficient, as well! Would highly recommend.
He fixed my dishwasher but damaged my cabinet trim, left off one of the clips that secure the dishwasher in place and a rubber piece was torn off and left off. It was a Home Warranty Repair
