Technician has not showed up, after rescheduling last week's service. And then I'm asked to rate the service like everything has been done. And now when I call their stupid AI customer service they can't find a record of my repair order and there is no way to talk to an actual human!
The service was really bad. The technician came one to diagnose the issue with my washer after that he did not come for the next 4 scheduled repair appointments. I missed 4 days of work waiting on the technician, but no one came. When I went to the site to track the technician, his note alway said that no one was at home for repairs... I had to call multiple times to costumer service and try ti figure out what Had happened, still really bad service.
This has been the worst experience I have had, the tech keeps saying he been at my house and no one is home, I have lost 2 days of work because of this service call and you cannot get a hold of any one on the phone.
