You didn't finish the job. The replacement part has been sitting on my table for 2 weeks. Tec missed 4 appointments.
Repair man said they arrived at 8:11am we were home sitting in our kitchen with three dogs that sound off if anyone even drives down our county road. They lied, then cancelled our appointment and never showed up. Reschedule it for another two weeks out. Zero customer service help, only AI nonsense. This company is Pathetic. Apparently this is a common occurrence.
Technician never showed up, then cancelled our appointment. What kind of garbage employees and company is this? Read all their google reviews to find out this is a common occurrence. Absolutely garbage people and staff. Sears you should be ashamed of yourself for letting this happen.
Zero Stars. Technician never came to fix or update on claim. Technician would also give appointment updates online stating he came to home and never did show up.
