Communications before appointment about approximate arrival time was helpful. Technician arrived on time, very courteous and professional. Solved the problem quickly, and also advised on how to best use some features.
Micheal did an excellent job with repairing our gas oven.
Tech never showed, and I have a brand new useless dryer with a factory defect again and its been a month. I cannot speak to a human rep because it is all AI and even the chat only gives you certain responses. I will never purchase GE appliances again. Unfortunately I completely replaced all my kitchen appliances with GE at the same time i got the washer and dryer. So to other people debating on a brand don't go GE.
