Technician was fantastic. He knew from my description exactly what was causing the issue and had it fixed in under 40 minutes. I was also impressed that he carried in his van the valve that was required. But, honestly, $299 labor for that length of time onsite felt like a lot.
Service was right on time and completed quickly and expertly.
We were without our refrigerator from mid Jan 2023 to April 12 2023. It took 6 trips and still cost me over $300 out of my pocket.The service people that came out were all very nice but the company is under staffed and took a month to come back. Just think about being without your frigfor 3 months . Thats what you may get.
