We have a Master Protection Agreement and our microwave needed repair. Sam was an exceptional repairmen; courteous, knowledgeable and showed great patience. It was a difficult job and ultimately the microwave was not repairable. Sam went the extra mile to call Sears Warranty Department, explained the situation and started the process of receiving reimbursement for the “terminal” microwave. I was impressed.
The best ribeye I've had in a long time
The column was neat. But the 300ish degrees panorama was spectacular! I'm sure if the column was open to climb up it would have been 5 star worthy.
I called for a repair appointment, and couldn't get anything for over 2 weeks. Frustrating, but I accepted it. After they didn't show or call, I called to ask why they hadn't shown up. I was then told that I could reschedule for more than a month later! I asked why I wasn't informed that they wouldn't keep the appointment and was eventually told the service tech was on leave. When I asked why I wasn't told about it until after I called to ask about it, they had no answer.
