Tech did not show up for appointment. Could not talk to anyone to get help. They said no one was home but we were. They rescheduled over a week later and blamed me for not being there. There is no accountability with them.
Love this place
Never will I use Sears Repair Center again, and I recommend if you’re looking for someone to repair your appliances, please use someone else. A repairman came and fixed our dryer and I paid him with a credit card before he left. He said I would get a receipt emailed to me. I never received the email. A month later we received a bill saying that we needed to pay for the repairs, even though my credit card statement had already came in and the charge for repairs was clearly on there.
