James was a great tech. He showed up and didn't give up when he couldn't find my place like the other tech. He was friendly and got the job done in a timely manner.

The technician came into my home and left my refrigerator worst than how it was. When he came in my fridge was working not cooling off like normal but I was still able to keep food in there. When he left I noticed he left it completely turned off/disconnected. When I connected it back I noticed that now it’s not cooling AT ALL, and all the food I had in there is not bad and had to throw it away. I tried contacting sears and have had no luck! Worst service ever!!
