They don’t even deserve 1 star I have been going on 2 months without a washer have had to reschedule, not by my own choice, 3 times now and they still have yet to come out and fix my washer. If this keeps going on I will be sending them a bill for my new washer because this is ridiculous that I have to keep taking off work and dancing around their schedule in order for them to do their job. Sears do better.
Tech never showed up. Closed out work order. Customer service was useless. Do not use this company
