Very professional.
Still broke after 6 visits and lots of parts replaced. 6 weeks with no refrigerator.
I did not appreciate what he wrote on the receipt of the repair ticket I am disabled and I do the best I can my hands are not very good and my legs are totally useless but I do not abuse my appliances also my husband just put it on the porch 45 minutes before he got here because there was really no room in the house for him to examine it without my dogs bothering him and jumping on him not biting but jumping on him it was just to keep the distraction away from me thank you and have a blessed day.
