Took care of a leak on my washer
This is the worst warranty in the world. Literally. They figured out they could not fix my washer and dryer or it would cost them too much money to do so and they decided to tell me it was my fault for overloading and therefore my warranty is void. This is after months of aggravation and literally hours and hours back-and-forth on the phone and let’s not forget days home from work waiting for the first technician to tell me the appointment needed to be scheduled on the phone and not online because I have a warranty. The service on my gas dryer required the installation of a "non resettable thermal fuse" which cost $22.40 including tax. Unfortunately, the labor cost, for what took less than half hour to install, was $291.94 which after tax amounted to $317.12 for a total bill of $339.52. To say the least the labor cost was excessive and will make me think about another option in the future.
Alex and PJ were wonderful and very efficient. They were neat and clean and knowledgeable
