After 2 other fridgadaire sent companies and over 9 month off of and on help, fridgadaire finally sent A&E. They came, they appraised, they ordered, they fixed. I liked their attitude, humor and speed of work.
Quick to respond very nice chaps.
Never showed up but then said they did and repaired my dryer but no body showed up 3 different times
Excellent service!
It's better to make a trip in. Machined service took 15 min. Just to get to a actuall person. The person runs off the same exact script as the A.I. system and will refuse to answer any questions off of the script. I'd rate the sears call service for Roseburg a zero if it was allowed. No comment on the store in general, just they're call system.
