Jim did a excellent job on the repairs needed.
The Sears "Technition" came to repair my fridge. The issue was that the freezer portion was not getting cold enough. He fiddled a bit looking at 'self test' results (a user function), did no real troubleshooting, then said the issue may be a 'diverter' that is no longer available. Charged me a large Trouble Call charge and left. Turns out there is no Diverter on my fridge. I was skeptical at first because I made this reservation over the phone, and the person told me was in India! However, he then stressed that Sears would be doing the service. I was still skeptical but all went well. I needed a pump replaced in washer, which required 2 visits: diagnostic then installation. The updates were terrific! And ability to modify appointments excellent. Washer now fixed
