The repairman was very courteous, friendly and clean. He took time to meticulously troubleshoot our Whirlpool washer, and was able to fix it without having to order new parts. He (Tom) then showed me what parts gave us trouble, explaining how to remove them, “clean and blow them out”. He even showed me how to check and clean out the discharge pump-out filter. It took extra time, which meant higher labor charges, but worth it, saving high costs of replacement parts.
However it isn't working right still.
The woman I had was friendly, helpful and a great worker. She did a outstanding job. She had my washer fixed with in minutes. Highly recommend them. I will definitely use them again in the future.
Technician John efficiently performed routine maintenance on our aging appliances, and kindly gave advice on how to extend their life!
