After several questions from computer, was connected to women in Manila, how can someone half a world away help with an appliance repair. Certainly not the Sears Co.of the old days.
Worst customer service I ever had in my life. Found out 3rd party handles the calls from India. Waited 1 month and half for appt to fix my refridge. Had appt. No one shows up. Called and lied to on the way. Still no one. Called several times and even talked to Supervisor told on it way. After 5:00 called again said oh he was never coming to fix it today. Had to make another appt. Two more weeks out. 2 months without refridge. Both service techs were great. Unfortunately I will never buy a Sears product again after this exper... read more
