Horrible!! My refrigerator has been broken for 4 months they come out and try and patch it up even tho I got an outside repair man to say it can’t be repaired. Every time I schedule a repair it takes them 3 weeks to come out to do anything!! Today they canceled the appointment and not I have to wait another 3 weeks for them to come and tell me it can’t be repaired which is something they already know!! Do not buy from Sears and do not use the repair men or warranty they offer!! It’s not good!!
If it ain't broke dont fix it!....but if it is broke, bring it to Sears Appliance Repair. Chances are ,you get your appliance repaired. Other companies wanna just bend ya over,but not Sears.
