Horrible. Appt was canceled twice. The first time no reason was given. It was the Friday before a 3 day weekend, so you can guess why it was canceled. Someone wanted to start their weekend early. Today they canceled because our neighborhood has a gate. Did he look at the appt notes for the code? Nope. Call to ask for the code? Nope. Just canceled and left. This is a warranty repair. They are not interested in providing those repairs. UPDATED to add - they canceled again today.

My refrigerator went out on Wednesday and was actually happy that I only had to wait till Friday for a serviceman. What a joke. After taking off from work to be at home at 1pm; no one came. It was supposed to be from 1-5 pm. At 4:15 I went online and in small print a message said I had been cancelled. No phone call or text. An email. When I called the number and after 40 minutes of trying to get through the voice prompts a woman told me yes you have been cancelled. No reason; just cancelled. Outstanding food and service!! Great presentation!! Had company for the weekend. We ate there last night and they enjoyed it so much that we ate there again today!! Pictured is the Citrus Salmon & Fresno Salad and the Round Rock Donut Bread Pudding.

I contacted Sears Service Repair to request a replacement for the broken ice maker in my Sears Kenmore Elite. They said there would be a $169 diagnostic fee. I asked if that fee is then applied toward the repair work and was told yes. The serviceman came out 12-11-20 and told me my ice maker was broken and there was no replacement part available, it was not mnfg. anymore. I called Sears Parts Dept. and the clerk gave me a parts number which my serviceman then ordered. The total bill then came to $480.92 and the $169 diagnost... read more
