Service was prompt, reasonable & effective
just need a part, I dont need to spend my quality time pressing numbers on my phone... cannot speak to anyone..
I had to use A&E factory services which uses Sears in town. It is the worst customer service I have ever had. They keep switching my repair date making it longer and longer without any explanation. Every time you call in you get the same scripted response. No one cares about you as a customer. I would rather pay for a new washer than use this protection plan through Asurion again. DO NOT USE if you want any sanity left.
