Sears sold me a warranty plan for a refrigerator that they could not repair. They knew the model number of the unit yet when I needed service they said they don't fix that model refrigerator. They sent me an offer to extend the warranty 5 years yet they don't repair this unit. THE MAN THAT CAME OUT TO FIX MY WASHING MACHINE WAS VERY NICE HE WENT RIGHT TO WORK TO CHECK ON THE PROMBLE AFTER SEENING THE PROMBLE .HE TOLD ME WHAT HE NEEDED TO DO AND THAT WAS TO ORDER A PARTAFTER THAT HE TOLD ME WHEN HE WOULD BE BACK TO FIX IT AND HE DID COME BACK AND FIXED IT .
