The technician Neal was very polite and professional. He demonstrated his confidence in his skills. I am very pleased with this service Everything was explain and done in a timely fashion. I am quite satisfied 😄
Richard was excellent! The problem was it took two weeks to get him to the house for the final fix. This was do to approval time for parts and him being so booked up with work.
Neal was very attentive to providing updates on his arrival, which was greatly appreciated. He was professional and explained our situation and addressed my concerns with detail.
I’ve been trying to get maintenance done for my craftsman riding lawnmower. All I can get is an AI agent who has been telling me for months that there are no appointments in my area. Apparently, even in future years, there are no appointments available. It sounds more like they don’t have a technician that they can send out. I think Sears is failing to provide support.
