Repairman was here the day after I reported the dryer not working. He had the belt with him, was courteous, and did a wonderful job. Thank you.
Initially informed that service would be between 9 am and 11 am. Then it was to be between 1115 and 145. No update received until after 300. Then the service was to be between 330 and 500. Tech arrived around 430 and was done in approximately 20 minutes. This level of ineptitude around accurately predicting arrival times has only been duplicated by cable companies.
I want to give a huge thank you to Jorge, the Sears technician who came out and fixed my AC. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He knew exactly what he was doing and made the entire experience easy and stress-free. I truly appreciate the excellent service Jorge provided. I would highly recommend him every time to anyone needing HVAC service. Thank you again, Jorge, for doing such a great job!
