They informed THE DAY OF MY APPOINTMENT by text that they would not be able to come. This is after I took 1/2 day off from work to be here when they arrived. It also left me with my bottom oven, convection and regular was still not usable. I had already been waiting 3+ weeks and the next available appointment was an additional 3 weeks more.
i ordered a washer and dryer on the 13th it’s now the 28th and they’re rescheduling AGAIN. until the 8th. they don’t call you the night before like they say they do. not once did i receive a call the night before any “delivery date”. they also couldn’t even do as much as update my online status. definitely will never go through them again.
I got a kenmore 500 had it for 5 months then it would not spin or wash.i have been trying to get a technician to put the part in but I cant get no response.i have been without a washer for 2 months now. I am 68 yrs.old and have to drive 17 miles into town to the laundromat! I tried calling . I'm about to say come and get the washer I'm done! I dont know what to do!? HELP!!!
I would have much rather have gone through the business in town I purchased my set through however, unfortunately it seems since COVID they are no longer in business. Not only is it costing close to what I paid for the set to fix my washer but (the worst part) by the time all is said and done it will have taken 2 workers to order a part, 3 before it will be fixed and over 2 months since the 1st worker has been to my home-the last one comes to fix it.
