SEARS IS SO BUSY THAT HAVING AN APPLIANCE WARRANTED WITH SEARS IS NOT AT ALL LIKE IT USE TO BE. IT TOOK MONTHS BEFORE MY DISHWASHER WAS FIXED. I TALKED TO FIVE PEOPLE A DAY, PEOPLE WHO SUPPOSEDLY WORKED FOR SEARS, HUNG UP ON BOTH MYSELF AND HUSBAND. DO NOT POUR ANY MORE MONEY FOR THIS KIND OF SERVICE. VERY DISAPPOINTMENT WITH THE SERVICE. SUBCONTRACTORS DID AN EXCELLENT JOB, WHEN SEARS ALLOWED THEM.
New dual fuel range flashing codes. Repair crew could not find nor fix the issue after such a long period, that the warrany expired. Sears refused to make it right. We recycled it at the metal recyler. Second repair issue with sears. But never again.
