The man who did the repairs was efficient and knowledgeable. He was professional and courteous. The issue lies with the inflated cost of repair. I paid over $170 to have a $4 fuse installed. With out the coupon it would have been over $200. The base visit is about $60. The fuse was listed on the repairmans invoice on his laptop as $40 or $50. The serviceman did a out standing job he was very knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. We also appreciate the call ahead on the approximate time of arrival.
