The door latch on my front load washing machine went out. Serviceman was there in 2 days. Determined the problem but didn't have the part. Located the part and came back THE SAME DAY. Excellent service and very happy my machine works. Highly recommend!
Had Sears Repairman out to the house to service our ancient of days Craftsman tractor mower- still running! Good service from a very professional technician.
Called Sears for a washer repair on Tuesday. Service technician (Wayne) came on Thursday. He diagnosed the problem that morning, got another technician to bring a replacement part by in the afternoon and came back to install it that evening. Good communication throughout. Glad to have our leak fixed!
Had Sears out to look at the dishwasher which had backed up and made a burning smell when I tried to run it. The technician was very nice and friendly. He did not mind my nosy 3 year old trying to watch what he was doing and he cleaned up afterwards. He showed me exactly what was wrong. I really have no complaints with the technician. The one star deduction is because the cost seemed too high. It took the technician maybe 20 minutes to fix the problem and no parts were needed.
