I had an appointment between 8:00 and 5:00. The technician claimed to have knocked on the door and rang the doorbell twice. At the time of his visit, I was in the back yard and my wife was in the kitchen. She never heard a knock or the doorbell ring. Then I received a text message stating that we missed each other and when I called the technician, he told me that he was an hour away and that I need to reschedule the appointment.
