The Service repairman was very nice but he did not address the probleg of my refrigerator running constantly. He explained that it shuts off at night. I have had my refrigerator since 1988 and have had this problem before. The other two times the serviceman took care of the problem. I could do it myself but that he why I hace a service agreement so I don't have to.
Repairman very kind. Did quality work and was amazingly fast! Found problem easily. Had the part we needed on the truck. Great job!
My appointment was scheduled for very late in the day, but got moved to early afternoon. I was very happy about that. The technician got right to work, identified the problem quickly and made the repair in a timely manner and cleaned up afterward. I mentioned a problem I was having with my range and he checked to see if my extended protection plan was still in effect, as I couldn't remember. I was very pleased.
Washer repairs took three visits over three weeks to finally complete. The washer that was not leaking before first repair visit, leaked overnight after first visit and ruined laminate flooring. It would have been cheaper to merely buy a new washer. The cure was definitely worse than the disease.
The teck was on time and knew what he was doing got right to the job and made a few calls found the part and had it done in no time at all what a guy I would have him work on any of my friends or family appliances John wilber
