Jose our tech was fabulous
I booked a service call 3x weeks in advance to fix a dryer. The technician (Peter) called the afternoon of and told me he couldn't make it that day and that the next available appointment would be 8x days from now. I live 9x hours away and made the appointment 22x days in advance. The Tech had absolutely no empathy and refused to answer my question of whether he would be upset under the circumstances. I cancelled the call.
Patrick was GREAT! Really helped to repair dishwasher, told us how to clean it and was a super service person. I would use him again!
