Technician was on time and very knowledge. He gave me excellent customer service and was very friendly!!
The technician drove through the flooding rain from Lafayette, La. to Lake Charles, La. to repair the ice make to my frigidaire refrigerator. He tackled the problem immediatly & discovered I needed a new one which he had availible & installed quickly. The technician was friendly, courteous, prompt & professional, best technician ever, wished they were all like this or simular, Thanks Sears!
Tech called to say he was on his way. He knew exactly what was wrong from my description, and verified with inspection of oven. He replaced the part quickly. He was very polite and professional. Also very knowledgeable and quick.
