As I was thinking about renewing contract with Sears Warranty, the technicians reminded me how terrible the customer service is. I had a claim to fix the fridge today and today is my fourth rescheduling. In the reminder email, it says they would call ahead before arriving and I also repeatedly talked to customer service to let the technician know to call me ahead before arriving. I want to start off by saying I have never had such poor customer service / communication. I set up a appointment on January 7th to have my washer checked out I was told the technician would arrive between 10am and 2pm. So I took off of work so I would be home when they arrived. I waited around all day and finally I received a call at 2:30pm saying they wont be able to make it. I had 3 different techs on 3 different days. The 3 tech said the microwave couldn't be fixed. The 1st two didn't think so. They ordered the parts. I grew up with Sears. I'm extremely disappointed.
