Joseph is very knowledgeable and he knows exactly what he's doing. He fixed my refrigerator and I was so happy
The washer was repaired in three weeks. The repair personnel were great. The sears customer service is all AI cannot talk to a real person. This could have been handled with the second visit but still not enough parts for second visit. That is way to long for final repair. Thanks again for Repair personnel..they were fantastic.
