This has been the worst experience. My AC went out 10 days ago in the Phoenix heat and we have a new baby in the house. It took 9 Days for Sears to even come out only to tell me the guy didn’t have the right tool, he went to get it, and would be back. He never came back and they rescheduled us for July 29, 2 weeks out!! That’s ridiculous!! It’s over 90 in my house and unlivable!! No one answers the phones and can only chat at certain times.
