Joseph was on time to our appointment. Very helpful in making suggestions for keeping our appliances in working order. Our service today was for a 10 yr. old Frigidaire refrigerator. Good job, Joe.
I had an AC home warranty claim that was assigned to Sears but was never asked where my AC is located. The tech showed up and left within minutes because my unit is on the roof and he did not have a ladder. It was a week without AC and my claim got reassigned. Just frustrating to not ask for more details in advance but I know it's not the tech's fault
