Too expensive. $99 just for a diagnostic fee and that doesn't even include parts or repair. You might as well go buy something new.
Don't bother with Sears Appliance Repair. They will give you a window of 8am to 5pm of when they can come to evaluate/repair your appliance. I went with a local guy and he gave me a two hour window that worked with my schedule. It is unreasonable for these big companies to think you can and will take an entire day off to wait around for a repairman to come.
Ice maker frozen and inoperable. Tech. advised how to thaw, and project complete and ice maker working.
