Although this was not a repair service call, the service I received for my yearly maintance on my appliances was excellent.
Service is draining. customer services is poor ,with extensive wait times. Based on your area you deal with a 3rd party vendor which is no competent to say the least. Sear blame the 3rd party vender the 3rd party vendor blames sears which leave a FRUSTRATED CUSTOMER. One star is only because the work finally got done so I much credit that.
Frig finally repaired after three visits... Working fine now...
After dealing all summer, 4 different tech My fridge still not working and one of them claim to have change the compressor wich is not true!! Now that the warranty is over they want to charge me 105.00 to send a “senior tech” just to check the fridge.
