Horrible service. Washer has been broken since June 14, 2021 Its now 8/20/21). Have had 6 service visits and still doesnt work. Repair people have twice put deep scratchs on outside of washer and say they are not responsible. They keep sending different people and none are well trained. Its bad enough Sears makes you take a while day off work to wait between 8 am and 5 pm but then they send incompetent repairmen from A&E Appliance. The only bright spot with A&E is the supervisor, Shawn. He has been very helpful.
