There was no one human to talk about, in the first place. When finally I managed to get an appointment day for my dryer cleaning through AI, I had to wait 8AM to 5PM, for nothing. Somebody called me to sell an “insurance” for my dryer, luckily I didn’t go for it. Nobody was coming and no human being was available to find out what is going on with my appointment. John was outstanding! 2 people came before him with no results. He is the best and the only one capable to do the repairs and diagnostic.

In summary, the service was unprofessional, as the technician left the house without repairing the washing machine, which remains nonfunctional.
