Horrible customer service. Choose a local repair person over this company. You will be charged as soon as humanly possible and the company will not provide any information you request. There are no humans to talk to, this entire corporate structure is AI Assistants. Choose this company if you like being treated like dirt for asking for a repair service. Negative stars are not possible but they deserve all the poor reviews, they earn them.

I’m giving Domingo five stars because he was prompt and professional. However, it would be great to be able to interface better with the human beforehand, and not just an AI scheduler. I had requested a filter change for my fridge as part of the service. What he did (unkink the water source hose by moving the fridge in and out) took 12 minutes. If he could’ve brought a filter and replaced it, paying $139 would feel better. I am still uncertain of the fix, since the ice maker is not yet working. I asked if $139 could cover th... read more
