Great service. Eric and Ivan quickly diagnosed. Then on second visit quickly replace the part. Thank you Sears. Did not know how important the fridge is. Without it for a week found out how needed it is to eat properly.
John serviced my broken dryer via policy with American Home Shield ~ service charge by AHS = $125 ~ he found issue, ordered replacement panel and when part came in was able to fix dryer ~ total cost to me = $125 ~ would have been charged $435.
Made an appointment to have our dryer checked since it didn't seem to be working properly, and had a burning smell whenever we turned it on. Technician came out, turned it on and said it was working fine but it was the electrical outlet causing the issues. He didn't even open the back panel of our dryer to check anything. 5 minutes after he left, I put a wet towel in the dryer and within a few minutes, it shut off by itself and had a strong burning smell inside when I opened it.
