The repair person was excellent. Professional, on time, took care of all my appliance problems. However, setting up the service call was painful. The IVR system wasn't well organized, and I had to talk to multiple people to make my appointment.
Technician was extremely helpful in diagnosing the problem and quickly fixing the issue. We are so happy with the service and grateful for the quick response. I highly recommend working with these professionals!
Repairman ordered parts and made a second appointments. Only one of the two parts arrived so they canceled the second appointment. Am still waiting and the treadmill is really not functional. I can’t understand why they want me to comment on a completely unsatisfactory outcome. I already paid for the first service call and part. They now have scheduled a second call but without the second part it is extremely unlikely to be productive.
Repairman was very knowledgeable about the Kenmore dryer. Did a great job!
