BLATANT LYING SALESPEOPLE, STILL NO CALL TO RECTIFY, WAS SCAMMED, OVERPRICED - I purchased the Sears Home Service Protection after speaking to three (3) different representatives to carefully go over what is covered (all kitchen and laundry appliances), the grace period before coverage becomes effective, (30 days), the estimate of costs for the dryer service call, parts and repair if needed before the coverage period ($119 service call which gets absorbed into the repair cost, no more than $200-320 for replacement heating el... read more

I have a refrigerator downstairs. Thought the Thermostat was acting weird. Scheduled service..took 2wks..Service guy came...was literally in my house 5 mins.. Checked temperature with his fluke meter...turned the temperature down check coil......grand total $170....FOR REAL!!!! Will not be calling them again......can't even get them on the phone.....
