The technicians were late again and did not call to notify us they were going to be late until it was already past the appointment window. They were unprofessional and did not explain what they were doing or what they did. Repair man was on time and completed the service of my dryer with no problems. I have purchased a washer, dryer, and dishwasher from Sears and have been very happy with the delivery and service. Thank you.
Called for repair on our Refrigerator,,, they came out and diagnosed it and repaired it with no problem....

Greg did a great job servicing our refrigerator. The "gasket" was leaking and he replaced it quickly, and left a clean workspace afterward.
Sears has to have the worse products on the market. This is my third Sears appliance that broke down within 30 days after my warranty. No more Sears appliances for me!
the service man was prompt, very friendly and professional. He was very helpful in that he reconfigured the dishwasher drain to reduce odor in the washer. he also recommended a dish washer produce to help keep the machine clean and free of soap build up.
