My repairman came the day after I called in my problem. He showed up when he said he would, was very professional and competent. I have no complaints. Very pleased!
I have called other appliance service companies that do not show up when they are supposed to. After having that happen again and again, this time, I called Sears. The tech came as scheduled, fixed the appliances (I actually had 2 service calls with them, a commercial dryer and a commercial washer). Both were fixed as expected with no drama. I'm calling Sears from now on!
