Sears phone service is the worst the service guys are the best
In the last month, Sears Repair has fixed both my dishwasher and my refrigerator ice-maker. The repairmen helped prevent future issues. One warned that Dishwasher Manufacturers assume the water is 120 F to start with, so to always run tap water before pressing "on" - especially in winter (to make sure it really is hot water entering the machine). The other repairman noted that newer refrigerators have an extra heating element to keep the icemakers from getting jammed, and attached one ot our line to help out.
Your Rep was very professional and polite. Did a fine job of cleaning my washer and dryer.
