I was on the phone for about 10 minutes talking to a machine choosing options, After 10 minutes and a lot of agrivation I was told by the damn maching that my call was unable to connect.. Yall Suck, Fox applience answered the phone and I will be picking up my parts there. And now have FOX APPLIENCE number in my book and have deleted yours. Have a great Press # 1 Day !!
Actually a zero rating would be more accurate!!!! I called the number given, it took me to the sears store in the SAME BUILDING they gave me the wrong number 3 times, (intentionally it seemed)each time the number they gave me returned me back to their same counter. They refused to walk 150 feet in the SAME BUILDING to go over there and get the correct number ...no service minded professionals answering the phones there, so I ended up driving there to the parts side of the store getting my part and a business card I would not... read more
got a genarator in there repair shop going on two months have not heard from them.i had to give a star rating to get this reveiw excepted i would have done a - star if i could
