I’m not happy with how everything transpired. The first technician came out and said we needed a new compressor so the labor and cost was $823 which seems astronomically high. The labor cost was $656 which equates to $328 per hour since it would take approximately two hours to replace the compressor. The second technician came out and said there was a leak but didn’t tell me how much it would cost to fix the leak nor if we actually needed a new compressor or not; he only said “I don’t have good news” so he made it sound like... read more
Knowledgeable and gave us valuable information.
DO NOT HIRE! Ineptitude, tardiness, and impolite! Incomplete results, missed the window of arrival by far, no apologies, $129 to say they don't replace switches on a trash compactor. Useless. Messy, didn't clean up after dishwasher attempted repair.
My experience was great. Larry the technician got my oven & burners fixed on my range. He answered all my questions. Thanks Sears for a job well done!
