Took washer apart to determine if it was leaking. Ran cycles at all water levels and found no leak.
Jacob worked very hard to diagnose the problem I was having. I was impressed with him.
I bought their home appliance warranty. Every time I try to use it, I’m told it’s not covered. Last time I paid $1000 to fix my machine. After the first time using the machine after they fixed it, it didn’t work. I had to pay to have them come out again. I was told they installed the part wrong and probably broke a piece that isn’t covered under the warranty and I will need to pay $700 for a new part. Once the part is in I’ll need to pay to have them come out and fix it. Complete scam.
Could not reach company for quote. I called the local number for my area, and reached an international call center rep who said I had called the wrong department and gave me another number to call. That number went to the same automated system as my first call. When I tried to request a human being instead of go through the maze of options again, the system ended the call. I give up. The technicians are incompetent and lack basic skills. Management is worse. We submitted multiple claims to get our dishwasher fixed; 3 technicians came and none of them could fix the issue. So we signed up for Sears Warranty to get our appliance replaced. Management will not honor a replacement unless specific wording is reported by technicians who are poorly trained.
