Sears was responsive and I got an appointment very quickly. The technician was prompt and courteous. Unfortunately the refrigerator turned out to be unrepairable. Sears does push their contracting services very hard though.
Ok overpriced
our nursing home has industrial washers and dryers. we could not find anyone who could service these units for us. we have a very large facility and can not be without our machines. this company was able to take care of all the problems and issues we were having. thank you for the service.
