It started with scheduling. Being we had the extended warranty and our fridge ice dispenser stopped working we called in. The next appointment was 2 months away. The service tech was very nice and great. He did his work unfreezing the line, the ice maker started working but after 2 days, it stopped again. I am not sure if there was still more or something else is wrong with it. I am dreading calling in to get a tech out yet again having to wait another 2 months to have them fix again for such a simple fix.
I'm not going to go into all the details, they keep on canceling appointments and saying the can come out sooner, but lie about that too. When you call they just give you the run around. I guarantee I get a reply to contact the service email, once again no wants to take responsibility.
Very efficient and prompt.
No repair required. The technician did maintenance check. He scanned test codes, and ran cycle thru washing machine. And, also, visual check, under machine. Asked if any particular issues/ concerns. On time, and professional. We have no complaints or concerns. We are satisfied customers.
