The tech was polite, efficient and did what needed to be done. I liked that he was able to level my stove top correctly and make things stop going to one side. Thanks
Very poor experience, on the first scheduled service call the rep did not show up and did not phone to cancel I had to wait all day for a no show. Second scheduled visit the service was provided but the refrigerator requires one more replacement part and it has not been ordered by the rep so now I will have to call the service center again to schedule a third visit so the part can be ordered then shipped and a fourth visit to install will be required.
