I am very happy. When your washer goes out you seem lost. The gentleman was very helpful, made suggestions, told me about things Sears offers. I work 2 jobs so hard to get the time I needed so happy they make time for you . My washer is now running and I am very happy and will use Sears again. Yes I will tell Friends about the great work.

While we've experienced ongoing problems/breakdowns with Samsun products the recent cry for help was attributed to a broken dryer drum. Hit during the Christmas Holidays. :-( Thank God for the extended agreements to cover ongoing problems/break-downs with both Samsung products...the last problem was attributed to a broken dryer drum. Interested in knowing at what point Samsun will replace our units instead of spending thousands on repairs...

On Tuesday, Dec 22nd our Samsung dryer was not heating, I contacted Sears At Home and was surprised they would send a technician on Christmas Eve, he showed up on time and had part in truck so was able to complete the job in one short visit, great job, extended warranty worth it.
