Let this be clear: This is not the reliable Sears services of yesteryear. In addition to being four hours late and not telling me about it, the repairman who was assigned to my job called me that in addition to the diagnostic fee that you pay for the visit to my home there is also an undisclosed “trip fee” that’s another $87. This is very deceptive as Sears only disclosed one fee upfront when I booked the service. Needless to say I told him to not come to my house. I will find another company.
Sears has the best Technicians in getting the job done correctly. Their honestly very truthful to gain your respect, and trust;)
I recently had service was Sears and I'm severely disappointed in the cost that was charged for maintenance repair. Your company charged $460 just to vacuum dust and melt ice in the refrigerator/Freezer No parts were changed and it should not be an extra $300 for labor on top of the $138 for Diagnostic visit . The diagnostic fee should factor into labor. The technician did not explain what he would do just that this was a charge for him to service today on top of the diagnosis fee.
