Refrigerator has not been cooling since August 30,2021. Technician came checked it, said a part had to be ordered and would not be in for two weeks. Two weeks went by the part was put on but did not correct the problem. I called Sears back to complain. Another TWOWEEK date was given for a technician to come out. We have a warranty on that refrigerator but that doesn’t seem to matter. November!!!!!!something is the new date
I had a problem with my Samsung refrigerator not getting cool enough. The repairman arrived and discovered my problem right away and fixed it. I have always had good results with Sears repair service.
I had an appointment scheduled to repair my dryer. The appointment window they gave me was from 8AM to 5PM. We stayed home all day with no word from Sears on the status of the tech. As it go closer I called and was advised I was the last one scheduled and he would be there between 3-5. 5 minutes to 5 and I still had not heard from the tech.
