When I called I was greeted by about 4 minutes of prerecorded messages attempting to sell me a hearing aid then a medical alert bracelet. I could not skip even though I said I was under 65 years of age. Pressing additional buttons did not force the system to bypass. Never got to talk with a person to make a service appointment. Avoid.
Called for repair on fridge, technician came out diagnosed problem, quoted $600 plus for repair. In addition had to schedule another appointment since he had to order the parts. Never came for second appointment to actually repair fridge and had unfortunately paid half of the total repair fee thinking he would be back. Never was able to get a hold of customer service to get money back and in addition the repair they quoted me for included less than $100 in parts, and the rest was labor. Found my problem and fixed within 2 weeks had a sock that broke my drain motor pump
Fast and easy, came out the next day and the repair was fully covered by the protection plan. He wore a mask and took extra measures for safety. Highly recommend.
