Excellent service!
The actual repairman is excellent however the scheduling system was the WORST. I waited ALL DAY for a repairman and they never showed. Not because of the repairman but because the system overbooked. In addition they give a ridiculous window of 8-5pm. When I emailed for a more precise time I did not get one. I was not a priority after they failed to show. I had to wait TWO more weeks. I only waited because I trust the excellent repairman
* The tech explained why the gas valve failed on the water heater, he replaced the part and we had hot water that day within the hour. Wonderful job by the tech, he has pride in his work and it shows with the quality.
The service man was nice and did a good job diagnosing our problem, but was told the repair would take an hour, the parts would be $239, and the total bill would be over $700 because of labor. When asked why i'm paying over $400 an hour he said it was a flat fee. Seems insanely high for what needed to be done.
